Synopsis

This report provides financial summaries for Spark New Zealand, rebranded from Telecom New Zealand in late 2014.

Results include revenue and EBITDA for each main operating division, including the AAPT sold in early 2014, as also the rebranded divisions Spark Home, Mobile and Business, Spark Digital (formerly Gen-i), Wholesale and Connect. A detailed breakdown of revenue within each of these divisions is included. Highlights of the Spark New Zealand company history are included.

In late 2011 the company was split after the demerger of Chorus, so results since then provide a completely different mix of revenue since the company no longer has the backing of the infrastructure company.
