This report profiles BT Global Services’ international operations, including those inherited from the former Concert joint venture, and its considerable financial write downs, as well as its own current financial position. BT Global Services’ main services are included. In November 2004, BT reached agreement to acquire Infonet, with the aim of increasing its global reach.
