eisa was put under Administration and in the process of taken over by Austar. eisa was established in Melbourne in 1996 as an Internet Service Provider by the Edge Group, a private company owned by Mr Johnson Wang. It assembles and markets personal computers with 31 offices in 12 countries around the world, using over 4000 distributors.
