Synopsis

eisa was put under Administration and in the process of taken over by Austar. eisa was established in Melbourne in 1996 as an Internet Service Provider by the Edge Group, a private company owned by Mr Johnson Wang. It assembles and markets personal computers with 31 offices in 12 countries around the world, using over 4000 distributors. MCI/WorldCom, unlike its competitor Telstra, clearly understands that its future is in wholesale.
