Synopsis

Majority – owned by Telstra (50%) with the remainder owned by IBM Australia (30%) and Lend Lease (20%). In early 2000 Telstra bought-out its partners but maintains the company as a separate entity. In November 2001 the company changed its name to Telstra Enterprise Service. Advantra is a majority Australian owned network services company specialising in the design, implementation and management of IT&T infrastructure.
