Network Design and Construction (NDC)

Synopsis

NDC was set adrift in 1999 in a bid to attract outside engineering and maintenance work. But the dot.com crash, the collapse of companies like One.Tel. When Telstra put NDC on the market, it found bidders few and far between. Two that did show some interest were Leighton Holdings and the Tenix defence group.
