Synopsis

With a presence in five states in Australia, National Telecoms Group (NTG) is a fast expanding provider of telecommunications solutions to SMEs. Its bundled solutions include PABX systems, voice and data carriage, least-cost routing platform, unified billing, IT integration, Internet, VPNs and other services. Since its IPO in December 2000, NTG has grown through the acquisition of a number of companies, expanding its client base, range of products, turnover and expertise. The company was investigated by the ACCC in 2003 and went through some severe restructuring.
