It claims to be the largest, best-equipped and most advanced information technology services organisation in Australia and the Asia Pacific. In 2001, it had seven IT operational sites around Australia and New Zealand, with over 100,000 end-users in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. It also has its own software development installation in Perth, which develops and services products for IBM Software Laboratories worldwide.
