Geko Internet is the first Internet Service Provider (ISP) to form an alliance with communications giant AT&T. As part of delivering the MBS, Geko will make set numbers of Internet access subscriptions available in stages. The first was released in early March 1997 and allows 480 dial-up subscribers to take advantage of Geko’s new service. The AT&T connections will link Geko on separate pipes to South East Asia and the United States.
