Comindico owns a national IP telecommunications network, which can carry voice, data and multimedia traffic. It provides carriage services to ISPs and corporations through its own direct sales force and through authorised channel partners. The network comprises 66 PoPs enabling broadband access and local call services to 98% of the population. Comindico was placed into voluntary administration in late September 2004 and in November 2004 SP Telemedia became the new owner of Comindico. This short report contains analyses for 2004.
