Synopsis

Codan produces products and solutions for remote area communication systems deploying high frequency radio, satellite and terrestrial digital microwave radio. It has markets in more than 150 countries. Since the 1950’s, Codan has specialised in high frequency radio technology servicing voice, email, fax and data. It has also been involved in the design and manufacture of satellite earth station equipment since 1981. It acquired the ability to design and manufacture of digital microwave radio (DMR) systems through the acquisition of Mitec Ltd. in January 1998. The company was publicly listed on the ASX in November 2003.
