Chariot Limited is a national, full service ISP based in South Australia. Chariot Limited is a public company and the major shareholder is TPG Holdings Pty Ltd. Chariot’s growth strategy over the last five years has been driven by acquiring smaller ISPs. The company’s ISP network is geographically spread across four states – South Australia, NSW, Victoria and Queensland, and it now offers a suite of telephony products. Chariot has been pursuing an aggressive DSL broadband growth strategy to new and existing customers. By 2007 the company was well underway with a strategy of rolling out higher margin wireless broadband and VoIP to customers, as well as the marketing of these services.
