This report was archived in 2005. At the 2003 PLC Summit a special interest group was formed from participants throughout the industry, government and user groups. During the year a robust discussion continued leading up to the 2nd Summit in 2004. A critical note questioning the viability of broadband powerlines triggered an interesting debate.
