Synopsis

Hong Kong has five mobile operators in a crowded market, which has continued to remain competitive through preparedness among the operators to restructure and be innovative. The vibrant market has also been well supported by the operators’ keenness to value add to their service offerings. Moving into 2008, mobile penetration had reached a remarkable 152% plus.
