Plessey held 54% of Cellular, but sold this holding to Teljoy Holdings in July 1998. Plessey owns 60% of Connectivity Technologies, one of the country's fastest growing data communications and systems integration companies. Connectivity Technologies provides networking and systems integration, workflow imaging and systems, outsourcing and Internet technologies. Plessey holds an effective 72% of BSW-Data, a computer software and systems integration house.
