Synopsis
JDS Uniphase Corporation is a high technology company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes fibre-optic components, modules and subsystems for the fibre-optic communications industry. These products are deployed in advanced optical communications networks for the telecommunications and cable television industries. JDS Uniphase and its subsidiaries also use optics technology to offer products and solutions in other markets, including optical coatings, biomedical instruments, semiconductor and graphic arts.
