Headquartered in Buenos Aires, Impsat has operations in Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, Chile and US. In March 2003, Impsat became one of the first telecom companies in Latin America to successfully complete the Chapter 11 process, and recommenced trading on Nasdaq in June 2003.
