Synopsis
Because of foreign ownership rules, the ownership of Satellite Licence A had to change. Century Communications is one of the larger cable TV operators in the USA. However, in order to fulfil licence obligations, a further restructuring was needed. ECT holds MDS licences in all of Tasmania as well as in regional eastern NSW, including Wollongong and Newcastle.Related Reports
