It is owned by the Belgian state and ADSB Telecommunications. It mainly offers local, intercity and international voice and data services, cellular telephone services, satellite services, carrier services and all Internet-related services. Its Internet subsidiary, Skynet, is Belgium’s leading supplier of Internet access services and its mobile subsidiary, Proximus, is the largest mobile operator in Belgium. The company became a public company in March 2004.
