Synopsis

This report analyses information drawn from the results of several surveys relating to mobile media usage in Australia over the period 2008-2016.

Surveys include reports by the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (Australian Mobile Phone Lifestyle Index and Mobile Traffic Trends), Telstra, Optus, McCrindle Research, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), Akamai and the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

The report provides statistical estimates relating to revenue and ARPU across operators in the industry, as well as forecasts.
