Synopsis
Despite a recovery, Free-to-Air (FTA) TV remains under pressure and the industry is rapidly losing millions of potentially young viewers to other media. The Digital FTA market is going nowhere, as initiatives of governments all around the world including Australia have failed to take off. Also as we reveal, Australian digital radio trials are now underway; however only genuinely new content is likely to convince people to switch over from analogue.
