Business Plans
BuddeComm is one of Australia’s foremost telecommunications management and marketing consultancies. Our expertise lies in our ability to analyse the telecommunications, Internet, e-commerce and broadcasting markets and to identify major business trends and developments.
Our knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications and digital media industries can contribute to an evaluation of the plans and market forecasts being considered by a company. We are in a position to assist in the formulation of business plans and we can provide market overviews and research information on specific industries for inclusion in prospectuses.
Citation Protocol:
Companies may use the information contained in the reports they purchase from us and may quote from these reports in their prospectus free of charge, provided the appropriate attributions are supplied.
Consent:
We are prepared to sign such letters of consent as may be required by clients to verify the information used by them. Reports: Companies may use our Focus Reports, or extracts therefrom, to compile their own reports for inclusion in a prospectus. We will provide the relevant material in the form of a report that can be included under our name.
Reports and opinions:
We are also able to provide an opinion on a company and its business plan. For the purpose of an IPO/Prospectus a meeting with the CEO will be required. The fee for this service covers a two- to three-hour meeting at our office in Bucketty, following which we will provide an industry/market report that will include an analysis of the plan, plus our opinion on the proposed activities.
Extra services:
Alternatively, the meetings described above can be held at the company's own office. This will involve an additional fee. We can also provide industry and market briefings for Board Directors, legal and financial advisers to the company, stockbrokers, etc, and/or a review and analysis of business plans in cases where, for instance, venture capital opportunities are being considered.

It does not fall within the ambit of our service to comment on, or have opinions about, the technical aspects of companies and their products – nor are we in a position to comment on the financial ability of any company to achieve the desired results identified in their business plan. Our comments and opinions are based on the assumption that the company will be capable of producing high quality, competitively priced products and that it has the financial capacity to fund the exercise.
