Purchasing - Members
Our memberships offer benefits to regular users, such as providing:
- Download history;
- Invoicing history;
- Favourite category manager;
- Report Update Notification service.
Report Update Notifications - a member (when logged in) can now add any report to their update notifications without having to purchase it first.
Simply click through to the Report's Table of Contents and click the 'Add to my Update Notifications' button at the bottom of the page.
Products Available for purchase using your Membership
A member can now purchase a larger range of BuddeComm products using their membership facilities. The products that can now be purchased include:
- Focus Reports (formerly Web Reports)
- Annual Publications
- Roundtable Conference attendance
Member Charging
Changes have been made to the traditional monthly or weekly charging of members. All member downloads will now be chagred once per night to cover all downloads from the previous day. When charged a copy of your invoice will emailed to you automatically.
The only exception is where large purchases are made (over AU$1000) in these cases you will be charged immediately to your card or against your prepaid credit balance.
Member Purchasing
The best approach, to benefit from the member facilities provided is to login before finding your research. This will mean any discount available (depending on your membership type) will be displayed indicating the actual cost to you. You will also be able to add a report of interest to your Report Update Notifications.
Step 1 – Browse or Search for the research
Browse or search our site for the information you need, adding reports of interest to your shopping cart. For more details on Browsing & Searching see the menu of the left hand side of this page.
Step 2 - Review The Report Table of Contents
By clicking on a report title, the report information is expanded to provide some additional information, you can then click on the 'More Details' link for the expanded report listing to view the full Report Profile and the report's Table of Contents.
This provides more details about the report contents and specifically details for the years for which table data is included in the report.
From the Report Profile you can click on the 'Last Updated' link to view the full update history of the report.
Step 3 – Click 'Checkout'
When you are ready, proceed to the checkout to pay on the spot using your credit card with our secure e-commerce facility.
To do this click the 'Checkout' button displayed in the 'Your Cart' box on the right hand side of our web pages.
Step 4 – Login Now - if you are not already logged in
You will be presented with an option to choose 'QuickBuy' or to enter your membership details.
If you are already logged in this step will be skipped.
If you are not logged in enter your username and password to log in.
Step 5 – Review & confirm all details
Check the final confirmation page to confirm the details you have previous entered, the reports selected and the final total cost.
Once you are happy tha all details are correct, click the checkbox to 'Accept BuddeComm's Terms and Conditions and click the 'Confirm Order' button.
Step 6 – Download your Reports
Once your download request has been processed you will be taken back to your 'Download' page which lists any download you have previously purchased but not yet downloaded.
You can choose to download any or all of the reports selected now.
Or log back in and download the reports at any time.
Your Reports will be downloaded in a Zip and will be in PDF format.
A note about WinZip
If you are using Winzip and have let the trial version expired, you will need to either Register/Purchase your copy of Winzip, or Uninstall it so that Windows can manage ZIP files for you once again (Windows XP and later only), otherwise you may be unable to open any ZIP files, including those downloaded from budde.com.au.
