In order to ensure that clients purchase reports that best fit their needs BuddeComm is happy to answer client queries regarding the content of our research.
Please email us with your research query or specific requirements.
In the situation where a research report has been purchased and it does not contain the information expected by the purchaser please contact us and BuddeComm’s friendly staff will discuss your circumstances.
Refunds
BuddeComm offers a “money-back” guarantee if the report does not contain the content advertised by BuddeComm.
Please notify us within 14 days of your purchase so that we can promptly refund your payment or organise an alternative report.
GST Information
As of 1 July 2000 the Australian Government has introduced a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
In order to comply with the new tax legislation we have amended our billing procedures to apply GST to all transactions made within Australia.
Prices quoted on our site do not include GST:
Please note that an extra 10% GST is applicable to all our products and services for Australian clients. The tax invoices (both printed and online invoices) clearly indicate the GST charge.
Purchases made from within Australia:
For members, GST will be calculated on the Australian dollar amount and added to the total invoice at the time of invoicing.
A tax invoice will be available from our site to members after charge has been completed. This invoice will be available from the member's Online Accounts facility and will also be emailed to the member's email address. It will be the client's responsibility to print this receipt and keep it for their records.
For QuickBuy users, GST will be calculated at the time of purchase on the Australian dollar amount. A paid tax invoice will be available as soon as the transaction has been approved. The invoice will also be emailed to the email address entered during the transaction, it is the client's responsibility to print this invoice and keep it for their records.
Purchases made from outside Australia:
If you reside outside Australia and are a member of our service, your purchases from this site are exempt from GST.
For members a tax invoice will be available from our site to members after the charge has been completed.
